Shipping Policy

It can take approximately 2-7 business days to create your products, and in some cases up to 10 days (depending on the product type).
Once the product is made and ready, please expect delivery times of 4-7 days for orders going to the US and Canada, and a few days more for international orders (location depending).
90% of our orders are shipped out within 5 business days.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Our products are primarily manufactured within the US and Canada and depending on their location their shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country.
The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself.
The customer is responsible for these fees and any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer.

Cancelling an Order

  • Orders must be cancelled within 48 hours of receipt.
  • No cancellations or refunds will be given after 48 hours.

Returning or Exchanging an Order

Orders can only be returned if received items are damaged or incorrect. The customer is responsible for meeting all of the following conditions:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Email us a photo of the item (if item is damaged please take multiple photos to show us where and how).
  • The item cannot show signs of wear or usesage.

If these conditions are met a shipping address will be provided. You (the customer) will be responsible for paying any initial shipping fees to get it to us. Take a clear photo of your postage receipt with a clear date and email it to us within 1 week of contact about a return and we will refund shipping up to $15.

99% of all returned orders will be met with a replacement item. The item will either be what the customer ordered or something of similar value chosen by the customer.

Refunds are granted in less than 1% of cases and rely on prompt and concise communication from the customer.
